Founders Fellowship Application Matchtern

Every student applying to top colleges has a club membership or a volunteer hour. Almost none of them built something impactful.

The Matchtern Founders Fellowship changes that. In 12 weeks, you'll establish a legally registered nonprofit, your name on the paperwork, your cause, your vision. By the time you submit your college applications, you'll have: a real organization you can point to, a custom website, documented community impact, guidance on featuring your organization in real press, and a complete application portfolio including your Common App write-up and structured essay guidance.

No other applicant in your school is going to have this.

This application helps us determine if you are a good fit for the program. If chosen to move to the next stage, you will receive a brief 15-minute interview invitation.

We are looking for students with strong academic performance, genuine passion for a social cause (or willingness to discover one), and the ability to commit at least 3-5 hours per week for 12 weeks. No prior nonprofit or entrepreneurship experience is required.
